It was a very cold morning, 30+ degrees, for the Starr pass hike on Wednesday. But several brave souls bundled with multiple layers of clothing to keep warm and were ready to hike. Boy, that sun sure felt good on our faces and backs after we hiked high enough out of the shadows.
The group has hiked the area before and it always has pretty scenery.
Up and over the and around on the trail we went. In the spirit of the season, even one of Santa’s helpers decided to join us. Can you spot his red hat? We always seem to have fun on the trail.
Even had a little joking around trying to confuse everyone on which way to go! But David is the expert that always gets us home safely.
