Ben and I along with Dave Borgeson, a friend from my church previewed this hike on Monday.
It starts out on a Sandy trail that gives way to some rocks. The trail isn’t that difficult, but you’ll still feel a little bit of work. You’ll follow a relatively shallow canyon up towards the junction. Go right at the junction, and you head down. Again, it’s not that bad. You’ll have lots of views of Oro Valley. You’ll have beautiful views of a saguaro forest below, and the rock formations of Pusch Ridge above. Follow the trail down until you about level-out. Follow the trail due north until you return to the Linda Vista Trailhead. The trail will go along the east side of a school. There are spectacular views of the Tortolitas at this point.
